Nicholas Farber, MD
Dr. Farber is a fellowship-trained urologist specializing in male reproductive health and male infertility. He completed his Men's Health and Male Fertility fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and his urologic surgery residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Dr. Farber’s clinical and research work covers the evaluation and treatment of low sperm count, varicocele, sperm retrieval techniques, and vasectomy reversal, alongside a broader men's health practice. He has authored more than 100 combined peer-reviewed manuscripts, abstracts, and book chapters, and has presented original research to national and international audiences.

As a member of the Mate Health Medical Advisory Board, he brings clinical insight and research experience to support Mate Health’s approach to male fertility testing and reporting.

Tashera Perry, MD
Dr. Perry is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist whose clinical interests include infertility, endometriosis, and menopause management. She practices at Indiana University Health in Bloomington, Indiana, and serves as an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology Practice at the Indiana University School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Perry has contributed to peer-reviewed research focused on improving access to fertility care for underserved populations. In her clinical practice, she advances this work by initiating fertility evaluation and care for rural patients who may live two to three hours from the nearest fertility center. She also engages in health-system-level initiatives to evaluate, implement, and optimize digital tools and clinical workflows.
